In this demonstration we show three applications of the software:
- A resources section where any site visitor can see a list of white papers. However in order to download any of them they have to register first. Once registered they can revisit the site and only have to provide their email address as identification to download other white papers.
- An intranet section in which we create a micro-site for each of our clients. Each micro-site is accessed by login code and password. Any of the client's staff members can access the micro-site and we give each staff member a separate login code and password.
- A support section where we have uploaded various manuals or program files. Any of our client's staff can visit the section, but we decide which document each client will have access to. So there is a common pool of documents, and we select the clients that are allowed to see each document on an individual basis.
- A newsletter archive. Newsletters are set up and edited like any web page.
These are not the only way the software can be used of course, but they illustrate the main flavours.

Please note that to edit text fields this site works best with a PC and Internet explorer 5.5 or better. If editors use Macs we would set it up differently.
